At a time of the year when everyone seems to be announcing resolutions, my proclamation to float twice a week derives from the unbelievable improvements in my life since I began floating over a year ago. I floated once a week and discovered positive changes in many areas of my life. From a physical perspective, my recovery time and overall soreness has been reduced to a bare minimum and floating affords me the opportunity to push my body to peak levels several times a week. In addition to more energy and stronger muscles, my hour sessions spent floating have made my brain capable of more creativity, enhanced laser-like focus, and better listening skills. The combination of both physical and mental progress I experience through floating keeps me in a jovial mood. My fresh mind is augmented with a determination to make the most out of each and every day. Scheduling 2 hours of a 148 hour week this year is sure to offer me even more success.
